The Shock House

I contacted Al Benesocky, owner of The Shock House (a huge haunted house that started in Melville and has expanded to Regina and Saskatoon) and offered our services. He is very excited to have us on board.

The Shock House is a free-roam type of haunted house filled with actors and is usually 8000-15000sqft. It didn't run in Saskatoon this year because he couldn't find a suitable building. He has asked for our help in finding something for next year. Here is what he is looking for:
-Ideally it would be something old, creepy looking, but safe, and something he could use more then one year.
-Schools or an old Hospital, stuff like that works well. He used an old dorm building this year in Regina.
-8000 to 15,000 sq ft with low ceilings. Basements would work too.

Donated space is obviously best, but he did not rule out renting. He needs the space for September and half of October. If the building is not suitable for other things he would appreciate being able to leave the props there the whole year.

Any ideas of places that might fit the description?
