Do we have to read the previous minutes every time? It's long and mostly unnecessary. Can people just read them in advance then post anything they want to bring up in the new agenda?

Sure. They've been on there since the beginning and nobody's taken them off yet

jsut ask if there are any errors or omissions, and adopt the minutes as read if nobody objects.
