Here is a project that I made 10 years ago. I found it in my closet full of dust. It should still work. I'm gonna harvest the parts for the next mame cabinet. The buttons and joystick are from Happ Controls. Custom circuit board with 2 8 bit parallel to serial shift registers to emulate a SNES controller. Box made out of plywood.
