welcome to my nightmare, lol. trying to keep up with all the best practices stuff is tough, easy to let things slip when poeple put tight deadlines on things. I've been asked to roll things out into prod in a less than secure state before.

The lack of salt was what really appalled me. Gizmodo got burned by the same lack of salt in their passwords...so sad.
