Articles of Incorporation

Post by rsilk »

Time to get the ball rolling on this.

The vote question is: Should we proceed with the incorporation process using the articles of incorporation as written at http://wiki.sktechworks.ca/index.php?ti ... orporation? (I've protected the wiki page for the duration of the vote, so it won't go changing on us).

I'll keep the vote open until noon on Sunday. If approved, I'll fill out the paperwork that night and file it on Monday.

[Edit: Poll is closed. The name search has been filed, and I'll file the articles as soon as I hear back on that.]

I do. Paul asked me to remove his name because it complicates his citizenship stuff, so I need a volunteer.

I'm fine with you putting my name on there.
