Got the name search results back today, Saskatoon Techworks, Inc. is officially reserved for us. Will file incorporation papers tonight.

Forms are filed. It needed 3 interim directors (as that is the minimum we specified), so I used Bergo, thesaxmachine and myself. I'll have that amended after the meeting to reflect the voted directors.
