Post by Bergo »

I have a bunch of stuff sitting around, not doing me any good. I doubt it would be much benefit to SKTechWorks as is, but all proceedes from sale will go towards our $10K CapEX goal. I'll add more stuff as I go through it.

Computer RAM, Prices for everything are 50% of whatever OTV is currently charging.

Desktop Memory
  • 2x 128MB RDRAM (rambus)
    12x 512MB PC133 SDRAM
    2x 256MB Pc-133 SDRAM
    1x 128MB PC-133 SDRAM
    4x 1GB PC3200 DDR RAM
    3x 512MB PC-3200 DDR RAM
    1x 256 PC-3200 DDR RAM
    4x 1GB PC2-5300 DDR2 RAM
    7x 512MB DDR2 RAM
Laptop Memory
  • 4x 512MB DDR2 SODIMM
    2x 256MB DDR SODIMM
    1x 512MB DDR SODIMM
Heavy Duty Sliding Rails - $25/pair
  • Meant for rack mount servers but could be used for a wide variety of applications
    sturdy ball bearing rollers

This is a great idea. I would love to see SK TechWorks have a store where members can donate their stuff, and the proceeds going towards funding the organization. Perhaps the funds should go towards special purchases rather than general fees to improve the value proposition for donating.

We could even put together a little system for selling the stuff that doesn't move on EBay or something.
