As mentioned in the Physical Space forum, a spot has opened up at 509A Gray Avenue for us if we want it.

Details from the other thread:
- approx 1150 sqft with loading dock and shared bathroom.
- separate entrance
- gated parking lot
- $1300 for utilities and occupancy
- the building is equipped with security system already
- door modifications for fob entry OK

The plan is to do a walkthrough next Tuesday at 6:30pm and then continue our meeting at TechWorks and officially vote on the new location.
