I have a friend with an .stl file to be made on the printer and I want to figure out how to make stuff on it. (I'm already a member I just haven't been around too often lately). Could I learn enough from solidoodle online instructions and give it a try or could someone give me a few tips?

If you're going to be around tomorrow night someone should be able to show you. There are a few quirks and tricks that you should probably be shown before you use it.
