Photoshop expertise needed!

I would like to do a number of paintings for my family as gifts next year (earliest being in March), and I need some help putting together the perfect picture to reproduce. Is anyone good at manipulating photographs of faces? I wouldn't expect it to be done for free

Depends what you need, but i used to do quite a lot of photo manipulation.
