I meet with Curtis today and had a look around the building, the space is looking really good, I"m very excited to see how things are coming along! Curtis is really busy right now (actually, both him and I are, we've been trying to find time to meet for about a month, haha)

Because until I have something in writing for us to sign I don't really know exactly how things will end up. We've already had people change their mind on us. Plus, since this is a public forum, I don't want anything announced until the deal is done. We can talk negotiations in a members-only section

So what kind of numbers are we talking here though? What are we bringing to the table? What is he wanting? I can't come to these meetings you have with the 220 so I want to know what is being said.
