People were discussing the 21st or the 23rd as options. The 21st works well for me

Just a note that the 21st is a holiday (Family Day), not sure if that's a problem for anybody. Both dates work for me.

Should we aim to vote in a board and/or ratify bylaws at this meeting? There's a chance that incorporation will be finalized by then.
