There has been alot of interest lately in various flying machines. I've priced out how much it costs to buy the supplies for various aircraft, but the economics works best if I can order about 5KG of stuff all at once.

Along that thread, if I make an order of multicopter parts, who wants in. it's about 100$ a copter for all the parts, you just need to assemble and wire it up. (transmitter not included) plus your share of shipping.

Low end transmitters can be got for about $30, better long term ones are $90 for a Chinese version to however much you want to spend for extra features. I have $30 one and a $200 one (about equivalent to the $90 one) I'm hoping to do a group buy on transmitters also but though fingertech, should get the price down to 40$ shipping in for a transmitter and your first receiver.

I'm in for one. Looks like fun! Now if only they had a Turnigy 9X in stock. That looks to be quite a good deal for my eventual goal.
