I haven't skipped version 2. I am still working on the mechanism for the tripod. I got this idea after seeing this one:
And I noticed all the trim that isn't being used in the lumber pile. So I will turn it into something awesome. I had to revise my original drawing because the wood was smaller than I thought it was.
