I met with Curtis Olson from the 220 this morning and it seems that we have something hashed out! We should be able to move into the space on June first. Here are some pictures of the space as it stands now:

Are those corrugated metal walls? Interesting...

Have we sorted out who's going to install the light and power?

The tin walls are othe outside, he is gonna pack the walls with insulation and then board it with OSB so we can hang whatever we want from it. In regards to light it's up to us (there's some there) and he will install some power as well as an exhaust fan.

How much space did it end up being? How much rent?

I don't get it. You are negotiating on our behalf, yet you can't tell us the terms that are being negotiated? I must be missing something cause that is just wrong.

Or are you waiting for him to get back to you with some final numbers? That would make sense to me.

Because until I have something in writing for us to sign I don't really know exactly how things will end up. We've already had people change their mind on us. Plus, since this is a public forum, I don't want anything announced until the deal is done. We can talk negotiations in a members-only section

Ok that makes sense. Not wanting to speculate on what might be in the contract/offer until you have it in writing makes sense.

Just your wording before sounded like no one get's to know what's in the contract until it was actually signed. Sorta like shrink wrapped EULA.

What time was the meeting? I expected to have good news waiting for me here!
