I heard through the grape vine that the building beside the 220 is owned by Grant Unrau of Stun Collective (
http://www.stuncollective.com/talent/grant.html), and that he may be someone to talk to regarding space. My information is of questionable value, but I thought I would pass it along. I really like the idea of a centrally located space in Riversdale, but I would also like one that is not in the basement. Just because most of us are used to hacking in our own basements doesn't mean it should stay that way

pretty sure you're right, thought I saw that name before, tagged in one of the pictures on the 220's facebook page: "Grant Unrau: neighbor of the Two Twenty, Collective Coffee backer, current landlord of Shift Dev't and, most importantly, designer of the "It's Good In The Hood" buttons."
