- I am still a little confused as to what was going on there.
- I am pretty sure those PCBs if they did have magnets/electro magnets would just spin to point at the big magnets. Magnets don't generally push each other away unless their alignment is held steady by something else.
- Were the PCBs in the balls actually active, I am thinking they were probably just absorbing and dissipating magnetic energy, possibly with an osculating circuit so that the balls wouldn't just find a stationary point but would dance a little.
- There were 3 electromagnets on the hangy thing. Were they being driven in unison? DC or AC driven? Something was preventing the balls from just lamming into the top. That is the part I don't understand.
