I use bitmarket.eu. Use at your own risk though (it allows paypal, which can end badly).

I'm eagerly awaiting the opening of cavirtex.com, the first canadian currency bitcoin exchange. He accepts email money transfers, which is sweet and says it should be up and running THIS WEEK!

In other news, I fried my motherboard, and I'm pretty sure it's due to bitcoin mining.

Thanks for the tip about cavirtex.com. I signed up just now and it looks like it's already up and running.

That sucks about the fried mobo though. I noticed that when I turn on mining, my temps go way up. I bought a bunch of case fans to try help I haven't installed them yet. So I don't do mining on my home computer.

So as i mentioned, it appears that I have broken my computer -_-.
Ive tried and tried and tried to fix it, but im at wits end. Can anyone lend a hand?

Heres the story. Yesterday afternoon my computer turned itself off, due to what I assume was heat from bitcoin mining. When I got home, I couldnt start the computer back up, which i thought was rather odd. I ran out and bought a new power supply, but this didnt fix the problem. I played around some more, and discovered that the computer would turn on if i removed power to my video card (radeon 5750).I took the video card out entirely and plugged my monitor into the motherboard, hoping to do some diagnostics. Unfortunately that didnt help, as when i turned on the computer, nothing displayed on the screen and the motherboard beeped out a post code (1 long, 2 short) which means that theres a video issue. So, I assume my motherboard is fried. Returned the new PSU this morning and instead purchased a new motherboard and a new video card (with the intention of returning it if the old one was ok). After a few hours of frankly painful finagling, i moved my cpu over, reseated the fan with new thermal compound, moved the ram over and replaced the video card. Plug in a monitor and the computer starts up, but again wont post. Tried onboard video, same problem. Took out the video card and tried onboard video again, same problem. I also noticed that the the longer I left it on (to a max of about 2 minutes) the CPU fan just kept spinning faster and faster until it sounded like it was just gonna shoot right out of the case.At this point i turned it off. It's important to note that this computer doesn't have a speaker (the old motherboard had a speaker built right on to it) so I cant hear the post codes, if any.

Does anyone have any advice or ideas?

Have you tried unplugging absolutely everything (any PCI cards, hard drives, USB devices, etc) and seeing if it POSTs with just a monitor & keyboard plugged in? If you're doing that and are still not having any success with the new mobo/video card, you've basically ruled out everything except for the CPU.
