So how many people do we currently have as members and how many would be need to get to break even?

I would point out that this is effectively deciding the budget, and votes on budgets would normally happen at an annual general meeting, with a lot more notice. Given this vote was not even in the agenda, opening the vote up in the forums is the right thing to do.

Also have to agree that any decent should be heard now as it affects the sustainability of the group.
